海外発送は大変申し訳ございませんが、いかなる場合も返品 返金は応じられません。ただし到着時に破損があった場合のみ破損証明書の取得し返金申請していただくことは可能です。

Sorry Refunds cannot be made for items shipped from Japan and returned to Japan for the following reasons.

･Adresse insuffisante

･Inconnu

･Demenage

･Expira tion du delai

･Non admis

･Please contact the post office for inquiries regarding arrival dates during transportation.

･You cannot return or cancel the product.

･There is a 15-day grace period from the first delivery date, but if you do not receive it, 

you cannot refund it.

If it is damaged upon arrival, you will need to issue a damage certificate to the UPS.
